Third Floor Arts Centre programmes
The Third Floor Arts Centre is a multi-purpose arts venue based on the third
floor of the Norrish Central Library in Portsmouth. It plays host to visiting
and local theatre companies, children's shows, film, live music, dance, spoken
word and comedy. Clear typography combines with dynamic graphics to produce a
vibrant, easy to read and accessible publication.
